These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the "SomebodyPostThis Scheduler" application ("the app", "we", "our") and this website. The app is a personal, self-hosted tool operated by the owner of the SomebodyPostThis channel to create and schedule short videos to the operator's own social media accounts on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
The app is not a public service. It is used only by its operator, acting on the operator's own connected accounts. No accounts are created for, and no service is offered to, third parties.
The operator uses the app only to publish content they have the right to publish, and in compliance with the terms and policies of each connected platform (YouTube, Meta/Instagram, and TikTok). The app is not used to send spam, infringe intellectual property, or violate any applicable law.
Videos published through the app are created by the operator. Where background footage from third parties is used, it is used under its license and the creator is credited in the published video's description, as required by that license.
The app and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or this website.
The app relies on the official APIs of YouTube, Meta/Instagram, and TikTok. Your use of those platforms remains subject to each platform's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, those platform services.
